The build-to-rent project, conveniently located within the thriving inner-city suburb of Alexandria, was designed by internationally renowned architecture firm, Fender Katsalidis, with comfort, convenience, and connectivity at the forefront of mind.

The swift leasing of Industry follows similar successes of our preceding Build-to-Rent project, Botanic by Sasco (Top Ryde), which Build-to-Rent operators UKO also leased in a similar time frame.
